Our clinical warranty guarantees procedural precision rather than arbitrary aesthetic perfection. We guarantee that:

• All neurotoxin units are fresh, unexpired onabotulinumtoxinA reconstituted in accordance with manufacturer specifications and billed strictly at $12–$15 per active unit.
• All acid peel solutions ($175–$450 per procedure) are compounded at certified pH levels with verified percentage concentrations of glycolic, salicylic, lactic, or trichloroacetic acids.
• Hydrafacial vortex procedures ($195–$345 per procedure) utilize sterile single-use tips and genuine proprietary booster serums unadulterated by dilution.

Neurotoxin Touch-Up & Symmetry Review Protocol

Botox injections require ten to fourteen full days to bind to neuromuscular junctions and demonstrate maximal immobilization of dynamic facial lines. Zenita Skin schedules an in-person or high-resolution tele-dermoscopic evaluation on day fourteen post-treatment.

If measurable muscular asymmetry persists after fourteen full days:

• The patient must present at our 308 Brazos Street clinical facility between day fourteen (14) and day twenty-one (21) following injection.
• If the treating specialist determines that compensatory muscle movement warrants supplemental dosing, additional units are provided at the standard confirmed clinical rate of $12–$15 per unit. We do not provide free unmetered neurotoxin units, as clinical dosing must remain strictly logged for regulatory compliance.
• If asymmetry resulted from practitioner placement variation rather than underlying anatomical asymmetry, remedial units up to 4 units are administered at zero charge under Irina Petrova's protocol sign-off.
• All post-procedure symmetry follow-up photographs are archived in your confidential diagnostic chart to inform future dosing intervals.

Chemical Peel Erythema & Re-Epithelialization Protocols

Mandatory Home-Care Compliance Prerequisites

Clinical skin procedures account for twenty percent of cellular remodelling; the remaining eighty percent relies directly upon the maintenance of the acid mantle and sun protection. All clinical protocol remediation and warranty claims are contingent upon verified patient adherence to the post-care directives issued at consultation.

Warranty and remediation coverage is void under the following conditions:

1. Application of unapproved active topicals (over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide, physical apricot scrubs, prescription tretinoin, or alpha hydroxy acids) within seven days following a chemical peel or Hydrafacial procedure.
2. Intentional picking, scratching, or peeling of desquamating skin following in-clinic exfoliation, which induces mechanical scarring and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
3. Direct, unprotected ultraviolet solar exposure or commercial tanning bed use within fourteen days post-procedure without broad-spectrum SPF 50 mineral protection.
4. Failure to take prescribed oral supportive nutraceutical softgels or barrier creams where documented as an integral component of the multi-session protocol.

Home-Care Formulations & Supplement Return Terms

Zenita Skin dispenses clinical-grade cosmeceuticals, cellular repair capsules, omega softgels, antioxidant powders, and lipid-replenishing barrier creams ($45–$110 per package). Because these formulations are compounded and stored under strict temperature-controlled standards (monitored at 4°C to 20°C in our Brazos Street dispensary), physical returns are restricted by sanitary regulations.

Our formulation satisfaction terms:

• Unopened Containers: Unopened, sealed packaging returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase with tamper seal intact is eligible for full clinic credit toward future treatments or replacement products.
• Documented Adverse Reaction: In the rare event of contact dermatitis or allergic urticaria triggered by a prescribed topical cream, the patient must submit photographic documentation within forty-eight hours of first use. Upon clinical verification by Irina Petrova, an immediate full credit or formulation exchange is issued without deduction.
• Ingestible Softgels & Powders: Nutritional supplements, capsules, and softgels cannot be returned once the inner induction seal is compromised, in strict compliance with Texas Department of State Health Services sanitary codes.

Clinical Dispute Resolution & Governing Jurisdiction

All claims, controversies, or clinical dissatisfaction disagreements arising out of procedures conducted at Zenita Skin shall be resolved in the first instance through direct clinical review directed by Irina Petrova. If informal clinical review fails to achieve resolution, disputes shall be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration in Austin, Travis County, Texas.

Zenita Skin operates as a registered corporate entity in the State of Florida with clinical cosmetology facility licensing in Texas. Nothing in this policy limits statutory patient rights that cannot be waived under the medical liability laws of Texas.
